The agenda was as follows:
1. Report on the activities of the Club Executive Director for 2009 (30 min.)
2. Report on the financial situation of the Club for 2009 and approval of the new budget of the Club for 2010. (20 min.)
3. Presentation and validation of new members of the Club and to the exclusion of several members of the Club. (10 min.)
4. Misc. (15 min.)
The Budget for 2010 was approved. The value of contributions has decreased. Four members of the Club (heavily indebted) were alerted about the exclusion of the Club.
